Returns: Stocked items may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition. Custom-fabricated and special-order items are excluded.

How many trays does a standard bakery rack hold?: Common configurations hold 15 to 20 trays, depending on runner pitch and tray size. Tighter pitch increases capacity but reduces airflow between products, which affects cooling and crust development.
Can trolleys go into a dishwasher or wash bay?: Stainless racks and trolleys are designed for wash-down. Check that castors are sealed or stainless — standard plated castors corrode quickly under repeated washing.
