Shipping
- Australia-wide delivery, dispatched from Yennora NSW.
- Stocked items generally ship within 1-2 business days.
- Freight is quoted per order based on size, weight and destination.
- Bulky items such as benches and racking travel on pallet freight.
Pickup
- Collect from 49 Railway Street, Yennora NSW 2161.
- Mon-Thu 8:00am-4:30pm, Fri 8:00am-3:30pm.
- We'll confirm by phone or email when your order is ready.
Returns
- Stocked items may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition.
- Contact us first so we can issue a return reference.
- Custom-fabricated and special-order items cannot be returned.
- Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Warranty
- Machinery is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Our own stainless fabrication is warranted against defects in workmanship.
- Warranty terms are stated on your quote or invoice.
