- Why do some products show 'Price on request'?
- Our catalogue covers thousands of trade lines and pricing varies with quantity, finish and freight. Add the items to a quote list and our sales desk will confirm pricing, usually the same business day.
- Do you make custom stainless steel benches?
- Yes. We fabricate benches, sinks, shelving and trolleys in 304 stainless to your dimensions in our Yennora NSW factory, including measure, drawing, manufacture and installation.
- Where do you deliver?
- Australia-wide. Orders dispatch from Yennora NSW, and you're welcome to collect from the showroom during business hours.
- How long does delivery take?
- Stocked items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom fabrication is quoted with a lead time before manufacture begins.
- What stainless grade do you use?
- Grade 304 is standard for kitchen benches and shelving. 316 is available where higher corrosion resistance is required, such as coastal or heavy chemical wash-down environments.
- Do the products come with a warranty?
- Machinery carries the manufacturer's warranty and our own fabrication is warranted against defects in workmanship. Warranty terms are confirmed on your quote or invoice.
- Can I return an item?
- Stocked items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made and special-order items are non-returnable. Contact us before sending anything back.
- Do you supply spare parts?
- Yes — we hold and source spares for most of the machinery and bakeware we supply. Send us the model or product code and we'll match it.
